Our General Cleaning package focuses on maintaining a spotless home with care and attention to every detail.

If you wish to include any of the excluded tasks, please discuss it with your cleaner before the appointment — preferably at the time of booking. This ensures the right equipment and adequate time are allocated.

• Time-intensive tasks (e.g., oven or window cleaning) require additional hours.
  
  
• For full coverage of excluded items, we recommend booking our Spring/Deep Clean package, typically requiring around 8 hours.
  
  

For safety reasons, cleaners may decline requests that involve climbing ladders or unsafe conditions.
